The Ellison Center for Russian, East European and Central Asian Studies, the Center for West European Studies, and the Center for Global Studies are pleased to announce the 2016 Summer Teacher Workshop, "The Rise of Populist Movements Across Europe and Russia" taking place on Wednesday, Aug. 10.
