We need your expertise, Washington and Oregon educators!
Our Spring Conference at Skamania is going to bring Oregon and Washington social studies educators together to share expertise with each other for the first time. If you have a unique body of knowledge, a great lesson, a unit you've perfected over several years, or a connection to a program that will help your colleagues become better, smarter, and/or more efficient educators, pitch us your idea! Bring a team! Let's put our heads together. It's for the kids!
The 2018 Spring Conference will convene at Skamania Lodge on March 9-11th, 2018
The deadline for submitting a proposal is December 21, 2017. If your proposal is approved, remember to:
- Register for the conference. In exchange for presenting a session, you'll receive our most reduced conference fee- just $220 for three days!
- Book accommodations at the Skamania Lodge. Remember to mention you're with the WSCSS to get the best rate.
- Submit your session documents to wscsslessons@gmail.com ASAP
