Conference Refund Policy

The WSCSS will refund your conference registration (minus $25 for a one year membership in the WSCSS) while registration is still open.

Our conference registration fees go almost entirely to paying for the food and facilities as soon as registration closes.  Therefore, if registration has closed but it is not yet the first day of the conference, the WSCSS can refund the portion of the registration fee if it has not already been spent on that person’s portion of the food and facilities fee.

There are no refunds on or after the day of the conference.
