Travel to relaxing Lake Chelan to network with other Washington Social Studies teachers! Historical tipping points is the theme of this year's Spring Conference in Chelan. Keynote speakers will discuss how the growing awareness of climate impacts can energize a turn towards solutions, how technology is influencing social movements, and how Arizona students are exerting their constitutional rights.
Breakout sessions will address turning points in history, human interactions with the natural world, current social movements and controversies and election politics.
